Manager Flight Operations, Dy. Manager Crew Administration, Dy. Manager In- flight Services, Dy. - Commercial Department: In the Commercial Department, candidates can fill the application form against the 09 vacant posts that is Senior Route Manager, Manager- Scheduling & Network Planning, Senior Officer- Catering Service and Senior Assistant- Commercial.
- Finance Department: The department of Finance holds 16 vacant posts in the positions of Dy. Chief of Finance, Dy. Manager- Finance, Officer- Finance and Sr. Assistant Finance/Cashier.
- Training Department: Candidates who are willing to apply against the 07 vacant posts in the Training Department against the positions of B737-800 Synthetic Flight Instructor, Dy. Manager-(Simulator Scheduling) and Assistant.
- Engineering Department: In the Engineering Department there is only 01 vacant post on the position of Continuing Airworthiness Manager. Candidates who are willing to apply against these vacant posts must first of all check the eligibility criteria that is mentioned below.
Educational Qualification
- Flight Safety Department: In order to apply against the vacant posts in the Flight Safety Department, applying aspirants must hold the B.E/ B. Tech with post-graduation from a recognized university. Applicant should have relevant years of experience in respective field.
- Operations Department: Applying aspirants must hold the Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university OR Degree in engineering or graduate in Library management science from a recognized university with experience in respective field.
- Commercial Department: candidates should have graduate/ Post Graduate or MBA degree to with years of experience is favorable.
- Finance Department: Aspirants who are willing to apply against the above mentioned posts in the Finance Department, must hold the ICWA/CA MBA-Finance from a recognized University OR CMA Graduate from a recognized university with appropriate years of experience.
- Engineering Department: In order to apply against the vacant posts of Engineering Department, applying aspirants must hold the AME License on B1/B2 preferably on B737-800 Aircraft to get register against this department and also relevant years of experience in respective field.
Selection Process
As per the rules and regulations
of the selection panel of the organization, the selection process will first of
all be based on the screening of the application form submitted by the
aspirants. Later on the organization will be going to call the eligible
candidates for interview and Pre-employment Medical Examination round that will
be conducted by the selection committee. Note that in order to attend the
selection examinations no TA/DA will be admissible. Candidates who will perform well in the
selection examinations will be surely appointed against any of the above
mentioned posts.
Important Note: In order to attend the Pre-Employment
Medical Examination(s) candidates have to Rs.1000/- and Rs.2, 000/- and in case

Demand Draft in favor of “Air India Charters Limited, payable at Mumbai, along

Ex-Serviceman category, are exempted from paying of any examination fee.
