Retired Officer: Applying aspirants must have retired from service of the PSBs on attaining superannuation and not under Voluntary Retirement Scheme or Exit Option Scheme without any major penalty imposed on him during the last five years of his service immediately preceding his retirement. The officer must not have been dismissed from service and must have no civil/ criminal cases pending against him.
